Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by AIRecruiter.co through airecruiter.co (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and commercial clients.

AIRecruiter.co is an independent research and intelligence firm for the talent economy. The Service is a website and web application that publishes talent-market research: vendor market maps, deep-dive reports, and the AIRecruiter.co Index of sourced statistics and long-run trackers. The specific features, data, and coverage may change over time as we develop and improve the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice when possible. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate and complete registration information - Maintain the security of your password and account - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account - Accept responsibility for all activity under your account You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Access to our published research, the full Index, the market map, and the machine-readable data exports is free and requires no payment. There is no self-serve subscription, no recurring billing, and no automatic renewal. The only paid offerings are commercial engagements arranged directly with us: a commercial data license (beyond the free CC BY 4.0 terms), custom research and benchmarks, and team partnerships. These begin with a briefing request and are governed by a separate written agreement. Any fees, payment terms, and applicable taxes for a commercial engagement are set out in that agreement and invoiced under it, never charged automatically through this site.

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@airecruiter.co. Because the published research is free, there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge to stop. The terms for ending a paid commercial engagement (a data license, custom research, or a partnership) are set out in the written agreement for that engagement, including any notice period and fees.

You agree NOT to use the Service to: - Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights - Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or systems - Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission - Impersonate another person or entity - Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) - Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Our platform: the Service software, including its code, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by AIRecruiter.co and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the platform itself. Our published research: our statistics, trackers, reports, and the machine-readable Index are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license. You are free to cite, quote, and reuse them, including commercially, as long as you attribute AIRecruiter.co and link to the source. Redistributing the underlying dataset as a feed or product requires a separate data license (see Section 4). Your content: you retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you. Feedback: if you provide suggestions or feedback about the Service, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the Service without compensation or attribution.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at airecruiter.co/legal/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you process through the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIRECRUITER.CO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIRecruiter.co, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: - Your use of the Service - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of any third-party rights - Any content you create, upload, or transmit through the Service

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination: - Your right to access the Service ceases immediately - We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period (see Privacy Policy) - Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (IP, liability, indemnification) continue to apply You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@airecruiter.co or through account settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIRecruiter.co is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of AIRecruiter.co's principal place of business.
